One of the things that always impresses me each year is the work that head strength and conditioning coach Eric Klein and his staff do with the players each year. Whether that be trimming down to be more quick and agile or putting on much needed weight/muscle to be more effective in the trenches. The greatest improvements are generally seen in year one in the program, but some players you see take a jump each year.
Take a look at the #StillGotGraphic below and check out the weight gains and losses from 2014 to 2015. Mind you, I am only comparing what is on the Gophersports.com roster page from 2014 to today. Connor Mayes may already be 340 by the time this post is up.
